Technical & Vocational Training
We have successfully signed an agreement with NAVTTC – Balochistan on May 14, 2018. Under this agreement, BRDS is providing plumbing and welding training course targeting 40 poor students at district Sibi for the period of six months.
The training program will enable successful students for self employment at national and international level.
GIZ Project “Skill Enhancement and Employment Development SEED”
This 
project is being launched under the support of TVET – Pakistan and Funded by GIZ – Germany. Currently, BRDS will train men & women youths respectively in the trades Beautician therapy, IT – Assistant, Dress making for women and Computer operator, HVAC, General electrician for men.
Training is based on CBT where 120 unemployed youths will be selected on merit basis and provide them six month practical and theoretical training program in district sibi. Each trainee will further improve their capacity during two months. Successful trainees are awarded with TTB certificates.
